If you're having trouble uploading your files with Easy Upload, there are three possibilities:

• Check your file name — if it contains any special characters, symbols, or spaces within the file name, your upload will fail. File names can only contain upper- or lowercase letters, numbers, underscores, dashes, and periods (but cannot begin with a period). If this is why your upload failed, rename your file, then try again.
• If you receive the error "---Invalid extension" when trying to upload a file, you are most likely trying to upload a file type not supported by Yahoo! GeoCities. If you're not sure which files you can upload, review our supported file types.
• Your file may be too large. Remember that your total upload cannot exceed 5MB per session. To avoid errors, we suggest that you try not to upload files larger than 2MB.
