Yes. This is called a "mailto" link, and it's cinchy. Use this code to set up email links:

This will show the words "Email me!" on your page. When visitors click this link, their default email program will open and automatically open a new mail message, displaying your email address in the "To:" field. You can replace "yourname@yahoo.com" with any email address you'd like to use, such as news@widgetdesigns.com or info@yourdomain.com.

Note: This will work only if your visitor uses an email program to send email.
