Yes, you can use the HTML Editor to create and edit HTML files. The HTML Editor gives you full control over the code of your pages. To open the HTML Editor, choose the corresponding link in the Create & Update or Index tabs of your GeoCities Control Panel. Alternately, if you have GeoCities Free, click the "New" button at the top of the File Manager (for GeoCities Plus and Pro Users, click the "HTML" link at the top of the File Manager).

Note: If you have GeoCities Free, you may also use the Basic HTML Edtior to edit your pages.
