Cyberduck is a free FTP tool created for Macintosh computers running OS X. To get started using Cyberduck to transfer files, you'll need to:
1. Download and install a copy of Cyberduck on your computer.
To download the latest version of Cyberduck, visit the Cyberduck home page. On the right side of the page, under "Download," note the system requirements to run this version. If you're using an older system, you may need to download an earlier version of Cyberduck (see the Versiontracker web site for download links).
If your computer meets the requirements, click the download link or image to begin downloading Cyberduck.

When the download begins, you'll be asked to save the installation file to your computer. Save the file anywhere you like.

When you have finished downloading the Cyberduck installation file, click the "Open" link on your download window to begin installing Cyberduck on your computer.
When the program has finished installing, you'll see a Cyberduck folder with a yellow duck inside; click twice on the duck to open Cyberduck.

2. Enter your unique FTP settings
To start using Cyberduck to transfer files to and from your GeoCities account, you'll need to start a new connection and enter your unique FTP settings, which you can find on the Create & Update and Manage tabs of your GeoCities Control Panel.
Click the "Open Connection" button to initiate a connection. Now you're ready to enter your settings.
Enter your FTP host in the "Server" field.
GeoCities Pro: ftp.learn2yoga.com (replace learn2yoga.com with your own domain name)
GeoCities Plus: ftp.geocities.com
In the "Username" field, enter your FTP user ID.
GeoCities Pro: Your user ID is a combination of your Yahoo! ID and your domain, such as name@learn2yoga.com (replace name with your Yahoo! ID, and learn2yoga.com with your own domain name).
GeoCities Plus: Enter your Yahoo! ID.
Enter your Yahoo! password in the "Password" field.

When you're finished entering your settings, click the "Connect" button to connect to your GeoCities Plus or Pro account.
When you successfully connect, the window will change to display the files and folders in your account. (Learn how to troubleshoot connection problems.)
Now you can view, rename, delete, and organize files in your site exactly as you'd work with other files on your computer. To transfer a file to your account, just locate the file on your computer and drag it onto a folder in your FTP window. Learn more about transferring files.
