If you have a Business Email address that's associated with a Yahoo! ID, you can find your POP/SMTP settings in the Mail Options section of your Business Email:
Sign in to your account at http://mail.widgetdesigns.com (be sure to replace "widgetdesigns.com" with the domain associated with your email address).
If you're using the new Mail interface:
Click "Options" in the upper-right corner of the page, then choose "Mail Options" from the pull-down menu.

On the left side of the page, select the "POP & Forwarding" option.

On the POP & Forwarding page, click the "Set up or edit POP & Forwarding" link.

On the Pop Access and Forwarding page, click "POP Settings" in the "Web & POP Access" section.

On the following page, you'll see your POP settings. Write these down; you'll use these to set up your mail program.

If a Business Mail email address was created for you, you can also find your POP settings in the email you received explaining how to activate your address; Business Mail and Custom Mailbox owners and administrators can also find their POP settings in the Additional Options section of their Email Control Panel.
