Make sure that your Palm device is correctly set up to synchronize with your Palm Desktop via the the HotSync Manager. If it isn't set properly, you may experience problems selecting PalmPilot Organizer during the "Choose Translator" set up of Intellisync for Yahoo!.
If there are no "system options" available for the currently selected Palm device application, the "Options" button is disabled (grayed out). Set your cradle and HotSync Manager conduits properly so Intellisync for Yahoo! will recognize your device.
Please know that while Intellisync for Yahoo! will sync with your Palm device, it will not currently sync with your Palm Desktop.
