Using Permission Slips

What Are Permission Slips? Responding to Email Requests Responding to Multiple Requests Granting Instant Approval

Responding to Multiple Permission Requests

Instead of dealing with each individual permission slip that your child emails you, you can go to his Permission Slips page in Parental Controls to approve or deny multiple requests at one time.

Here’s How

  1. Click the link under Permission Slips on the Parental Controls page for the child whose permission slips you want to review.

Tip: This link only appears if there are permission slips for your child that you haven’t yet approved or denied.

  2. On the Permission Slips page for your child, check the boxes in front of requests that you want to approve (if any), then click the Approve button.

What’s Next

The next time your child logs in to his BT Yahoo! account, he will get an update message informing him about how you’ve dealt with his permission slips.

The Parental Controls update message shows how you’ve dealt with each permission slip.
