Controlling Email Attachments

You can also turn on or off your child’s ability to send or receive attachments with his BT Yahoo! Mail account. Turning off attachments is a good way to make sure your child doesn’t accidentally download a virus or other inappropriate content.

Family members with the Kids access level are automatically blocked from using email attachments.

Here’s How

  1. Go to the email settings page for the family member whose email access you want to customise. (Remind me how.)

  2. Select the check box in front of the Restrict attachments option.
