By choosing the Restrict Yahoo! Mail communication to Address Book contacts only option for your child’s email access, you assume control of your child’s Address Book. You’re the only person who can add new contacts or remove inappropriate ones. Your child can’t modify her Address Book without your permission.
Tip: Your child’s email access must be set to Restrict Yahoo! Mail communication to Address Book contacts only before you can edit her Address Book. (Remind me how.)
Go to the Parental Controls settings page for the family member whose Address Book you want to edit.
Click the Edit Address Book link under the Email gauge.
The Address Book page for your child displays.
To add a contact to the Address Book, enter the person’s first name and surname and email address, then click the Add Contact button.
To delete a contact from the Address Book, select the check box in front of that person’s entry, then click the Delete button.

You can select and delete multiple contacts at one time.
You can return to your child’s Address Book whenever you need to add or remove contacts. You can also add contacts by responding to permission slips that your child sends requesting additional email access.
