Receiving Email Attachments

If you receive an email attachment and are sure it does not contain a virus, you can view the attachment.

 

Here’s How

  1. Open BT Yahoo! Mail, and check for new messages.

    The paper clip icon (Paper clip icon) appears next to the subject of messages that include attachments.

    Click the paper clip icon.

  2. Click the paper clip icon (Paper clip icon) or the subject of the message.

    If the attachment is an image file, the image is displayed below the message.

    If the attachment is any other type of file, such as a Word, PDF, or executable file, an attachment icon appears below the message.
