You can change the tab and start group options for the Browser to suit your preferences.
Open the Browser Options window. (Remind me how.)
To begin making changes to your tab settings, select the Tabs category.

The Tabbed Browsing options appear. This pane allows you to specify how you want to display the tab bar and new tabs.
In the Tabbed Browsing Options section, check the box next to each option you want to enable:

In the Tab Bar Location section, select your preference for the location of the tab bar.

To begin making changes to your start group settings, select the Start Group category.

The Start Group options appear. This pane allows you to specify the web page(s) you want to open when you sign in to BT Yahoo! Online. The order in which the pages appear on this list is the left-to-right order in which they appear on tabs in your Browser.
To add web pages to your start group, click the Add button.

The Add Start window appears.
Enter the URL of the web page you want to add to your start group, and then click the OK button.

The URL you entered appears on the list of start group pages.

Add more web pages (up to six) to your start group, if desired.
To remove a web page from your start group, select it, and click the Remove button.

A message prompts you to confirm that you want to remove the selected page.
To change the web address for a start page on your list, select it, and click the Change button.

The Change Start Page window appears.

Edit the web address, and then click the OK button.
The page's web address is updated on the list.
To move a start page up or down in the list, click the Move Up or Move Down buttons.
When you finish arranging your start pages, click the OK button.
The next time you open the Browser, all of the web pages in your start group open on separate tabs.
When you finish specifying your preferences, click the OK button.

You return to the Browser.
