Using the Mail Sidebar Module

Here's How

1. Make sure that Mail is the active module.

2. Click the >> button at the top of the Mail Sidebar module, and select Options from the menu.

   

   The Sidebar Options - Mail window appears.

   

3. In the Display Settings section:

   • Select the maximum number of messages you want to display in the Mail Sidebar module from the pull-down list.
   • Specify whether you want to view messages in your inbox only or messages in your other mail folders as well. If you select Inbox Only, you will not see any messages that go directly into your other folders, even if they are unread. If you select Inbox and My Folders, each folder is displayed as a separate section in the Mail Sidebar module, and you can review the contents of all of your folders.
   • Check the boxes next to any of the display options that you want to enable.

4. In the Confirmation section, check the box next to Always confirm before deleting messages, if you want the opportunity to cancel a deletion before it is completed.

5. When you finish making your selections, click the OK button.
