Using the Mail Sidebar Module

Here's How

1. Make sure that Mail is the active module.

2. Click the envelope icon next to the desired message, and select one of the options:

   • Open – To open the message in the current tab.
   • Open in New Tab – To open the message in a new tab.
   • Open in New Background Tab – To open the message in a new tab in the background.
   • Open in New Window – To open the message in a new Browser window.
   • Mark as Read – To mark the message as read.
   • Flag for Follow Up – To flag the message for later follow up. A red flag appears on the message's envelope icon.
     
     
     This option becomes Clear Flag for flagged messages.
   • Delete – To delete the message. A message prompts you to confirm that you want to delete the selected message. Click the OK button to confirm the deletion.
