Searching Your Browsing History

You can search your browsing history for a keyword or part of a URL to locate a specific web page.

 

Here’s How

  1. Make sure the History panel is open. (Remind me how.)

  2. Click search at the top of the History panel.

    Click Search

    The Search bar appears.

  3. Enter a word or part of a URL, and click the Search button.

    Enter the text to find and click Search

    All URLs containing the text you entered appear on the list. You can click any URL listed to go to the corresponding web page.

 

What’s Next

You can specify the number of days to record your browsing history.

  • Browsing history: the history of the web pages you have visited over the last few weeks.
