Closing the BT Yahoo! Browser 

When you finish browsing the Internet, you can close the Browser.

Tip: We recommend that you sign out of BT Yahoo! Online instead of just closing your Browser. If you simply close the Browser window, you remain signed in. The next time anyone opens the Browser on the same computer, they will be signed in to your account automatically.

 

Here's How

  1. Click the X button in the top right corner of the Browser window to close it.

    Click the X button to close the window.

    If more than one tab is open when you close the Browser, a warning prompts you to confirm that you want to exit with tabs still open.

  2. Click the Yes button.

    A warning reminds you that you are still signed in.

  3. Click the OK button.

    Tip: You can check the box next to Do not show this dialog again on either of these windows to avoid these warnings.

    The Browser closes.
