Working With the Spam Folder

The Spam folder is a special, permanent folder for storing messages that you or SpamGuard identifies as spam.

Here’s How

  1. Open the Spam folder by clicking Spam on the folder list on the left side of the page.

    Click Spam.

The contents of the Spam folder appear in the summary area.

  2. You can click a spam message to display its contents in the Reading Pane, or double-click it to display the message on a new tab (not recommended).

  3. To delete one or more messages, select them, and click the Delete button.

Select a message and click the Delete button.

The BT Yahoo! Mail moves the selected messages to the Trash folder, where it permanently removes them with other deleted email.

Tip: To delete all of the messages in the Spam folder, click the Empty link next to it.

Click Empty to delete all messages in the Spam folder.
