Accessing (Popping) Non-BT Yahoo! Mail

Here’s How

1. Go to the Mail Accounts page in BT Yahoo! Mail. (Remind me how.)

2. Select the mail account you want to delete from the list of accounts, then click the Delete button.

   

3. When prompted, confirm that you do want to delete this account from your list.

   BT Yahoo! Mail confirms that it has deleted the account.

What’s Next

Once you delete a non-BT Yahoo! email account from your list, you can no longer use the BT Yahoo! Mail to check for new messages to that account or to send messages from it.
