Introducing the Drafts and Sent Folders

BT Yahoo! Mail provides five permanent folders that help you manage your email messages—Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Spam, and Trash. The Managing Your Mailbox tutorial introduces you to each of these folders, and shows you how to create and use folders to organise your email.

In this tutorial you’ll learn how to use two of these folders for email messages that you send:

  • Drafts folder icon Use the Drafts folder to save messages you’re still working on, before you send them.
  • Sent folder icon Use the Sent folder to store copies of messages that you’ve already sent.

Words to Know

  • Permanent folder: a mail folder that is automatically created in a BT Yahoo! Mail account and can’t be deleted.
