Receiving Email Attachments

If you receive an email attachment and are sure it does not contain a virus, you can view the attachment.

 

Here’s How

  1. Open BT Yahoo! Mail, and check for new messages.

    The paper clip icon (Paper clip icon) appears next to messages that include attachments.

  2. Click the message to display its contents in the Reading Pane, or double-click to open it on a new tab.

    If the message has one or more images attached, they appear as thumbnails below the message. Learn more

    If the attachment is any other type of file, such as a Word, PDF, or executable file, the name of the attachment appears next to the paper clip icon (Paper clip icon) at the top of the message.
