If you've forgotten your security key, you need to request a new one.
On the "Verify Your security key" page (where you are prompted to enter your security key for BillPay or Wallet or other) you will see a "Forget Security Key?" link. Click this link and follow the instructions for obtaining a new security key:
- Verify your identity by entering your valid email address, birthday, ZIP code, and country.
- If you correctly verify this information, you are asked to answer the secret security key question you chose during registration.
- If you successfully answer this question, you are sent an email containing a One-Time Security Key.
- In the email, you also receive instructions for inputting the One-Time Security Key. See our Copy and Paste Instructions for additional help.
- Then choose a new permanent security key. Read these tips on creating a new, memorable security key.
