Ads with a low quality index (QI) score may trigger an alert, depending on your account alert settings. A list of ads with a low QI score can be accessed from the Dashboard, via either the Alerts or the Accounts Summary panel. From this list, you can see tips and take actions to help improve your ad QI score.
Understanding the Quality Index (QI)
The QI is a relative measure of how relevant an ad is. You'll see the QI score, shown as one to five bars. The more bars an ad has, the higher its QI score. The QI score is determined by performance factors such as:

To open the page from the Alert panel:
Tip: Click a column header to the right of the ad to sort the list by that column. An arrow icon in a column header indicates the current sort column and direction. Click the arrow to change sort direction.
