If a Search by Distance was performed, the listings in the two sections are displayed in order of distance from the reference location you specified. Those closest to the reference location are displayed higher up on the list than those that are farther away.
If any other type of search was performed, the listings are displayed alphabetically by business name unless you selected the Sort Results By City button on the Detailed Search form, in which case the listings are grouped by city.
In the Advertisers section, if a listing contains a keyword, it is placed near the top of the list, with a gold key beside it, so you will find it immediately. The more keywords a listing contains, the higher up on the list it is displayed. Keywords do not modify the order in the All Listings section.
If a search results in more than 15 listings in any one category, the Results page for that category will display an index at the top and bottom of the page that will help you to quickly jump to any part of the list you choose. You can jump to the previous or the next page (each page contains up to 15 listings), or to those listings that begin with a particular letter, or to listings in the Advertisers section.
