When you order items through Yahoo! Canada Shopping, you are buying items directly from the merchants who are selling them, not from Yahoo! Canada.

The items that you order are added to the individual merchant's cart and when you check out, the order is placed with the merchant. Only the merchant has full access to their orders, and the retrieval and processing of orders is completely handled by the merchant.

Within 24 hours of checkout, each merchant you ordered from should send you an email confirmation. The email will include contact information for any order inquiries and your Order ID.
