How do I search for author names?
You can search for matches by author, in the case of text news, using the syntax below. Note that you must select "News Stories" or "News Photos" under the pull-down Search Type menu to define the type of search you want to effect. Then, in the actual search:
- Put "author:" before a name to search for stories
Example: author:Smith
- Use curly braces to search on both first and last name.
Example: author:{John Smith}
