If a message violates the Terms of Service, then appropriate action will be taken. "Offensive," "libelous" or any other posts which potentially violate our Terms of Service are investigated and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Abusers of our Terms of Service may be subject to having their posts removed and/or having their posting privileges and Yahoo! ID revoked.

However, while Yahoo! will review messages that are called to our attention, this does not guarantee that we will remove the messages or that we will revoke posting privileges.

Yahoo! reserves the right to remove any post which does not fall within our terms and conditions. Yahoo! also reserves the right to revoke the posting privileges of users who consistently abuse our Terms of Service.

With all of this in mind, if you find an offensive or threatening message on Yahoo! Message Boards, please let us know. Be sure to indicate the board and topic in which the message is posted, as well as the message number.
