PageBuilder is also designed for the basic user, giving you an easy-to-use, intuitive, point-and-click, drag-and-drop, free Internet based home page builder; however you will not be taken through a step-by-step process to create your page. PageBuilder allows more flexibility over your page and which elements you may edit, such as adding background music, adding a Guestbook, or changing the layout.

Also note that once you have opened and saved a file from within PageBuilder, you will not be able to open and edit that page with Yahoo! PageWizards again.
