Netscape only: How do I get Yahoo! Canada Toolbar after clicking the "Deny" button then choosing to "Remember this setting"?
Netscape 4.0 users:
- Go to the Yahoo! Canada Toolbar homepage and click the Get Yahoo! Canada Toolbar Now button. It will seem like nothing is happening but you will need to do this step.
- Select the Window menu in your Netscape browser. Choose the Security Info menu item.
- A new screen will pop up. Click the Java/JavaScript link on the left.
- Choose Yahoo! Inc. in the box that comes up, then click the Remove button.
- You will be prompted to remove Yahoo!, Inc. from this list. Click OK.
- Go back to the Yahoo! Canada Toolbar homepage, click the Get Yahoo! Canada Companion Now button, then the Grant button.
Netscape 4.5+ users:
- Go to the Yahoo! Canada Toolbar homepage and click the Get Yahoo! Canada Toolbar Now button. It will seem like nothing is happening but you will need to do this step.
- Select the Communicator menu in your Netscape browser. Choose Tools then choose the Security Info menu item.
- A new screen will pop up. Click the Java/JavaScript link on the left.
- Choose Yahoo! Inc. in the box that comes up, then click the Remove button.
- You will be prompted to remove Yahoo!, Inc. from this list. Click OK.
- Go back to the Yahoo! Canada Toolbar homepage, click the Get Yahoo! Canada Toolbar Now button, then the Grant button.
