My toolbar is stuck on "Retrieving Buttons..."
There may be several reasons for this message:
- You are not connected to the Internet. You need to be connected to the Internet to get your buttons.
- There may be problems connecting to Yahoo! servers, causing a delay in getting your buttons. If you get them sometimes, or if you wait awhile and they appear, this is the most likely reason.
- Some company firewalls have prevented the buttons from appearing. The newer versions of Yahoo! Toolbar have resolved most of these issues. Download the latest version of the Yahoo! Canada Toolbar.
- Try clicking the "Customize" button and selecting "Refresh Toolbar" from the drop-down menu.
