That trade is horrible and here are all the reasons why:

1) Arod will be on the DL until probably the playoffs (which, depending on the league, may not even count)

2) Storen is not even being considered to close anytime soon and has been used minimally even for HLDs.

3) Capuano has been struggling lately (lost 4 of last 5 starts and posted 5.90 ERA in that span) and based on his history the past couple years, may continue to do so down the stretch.

4) Oswalt has been so horrible that he is not even on the starting roster for Texas as of today. They just moved him to the bullpen.

I am usually very cautios of veto's, however, I would veto the heck out of that trade. Either the owner getting the bad side of it is completely clueless about current events or has given up on his team and is cleaning house to the benefit of the other manager (which could be considered borderline collusion).
