It is on my My Yahoo homepage.  I have a catagory of Odd News Headlines - Yahoo News.  I tried clicking on the Options.  The drop down menu has a Settings, but the only thing there is the choice for an amount of headlines and how many days to display.  I am now getting more Spanish headlines than English.  I did check to make sure my language is correct for my account.
