I keep repeating: I DID NOT ASK TO RESET MY PASSWORD
Posted on May 11, 2012

Since two months ago I receive messagges every day from Yahoo telling me that I requested to reset my Hotmail password. I did not ask anything and I don't understand the purpose of those messagges.

I receive messagges on both, my Yahoo and Hotmail addresses. When I try to reply, I receive instead a failure notice.

The sender has the following address:

yahoo-account-services-uk@cc.yahoo-inc.com

I have no idea if this is Yahoo or someone who wants to obtain my password.

The funny thing is that, in the messages I receive, the sender informs me that I requested my password reset at times when I was offline, probably sleeping or doing something else.

Since about two weeks ago I keep trying to contact Yahoo to sort out this problem but I didn't receive a reply yet.

What can I do?

Thanks,

Florin
