Hello, Years ago My father set me up an email address for my xbox live account. But he has recently passed away and I have forgotten the password and the security question as i hardly ever used it? And the alternate email address linked to that account is his own email address which I also have no access too. I have already been on the account service customer care page and been talking to someone on the online chat and they were no help to me at all. Is there any other way i can prove that the account im trying to uncover is mine? Thank you.
