yahoo hearts and java

I have downloaded the latest version of Java and have been trying to get back (yes, I have been playing) into a room.  After entering and passing the security code, upon entering the room. the Java logo just spins.   The best I get is "loading text."  What's wrong?  And, why is there no access to a Yahoo tech help desk????

The problem is Yahoo and they refuse to fix the problem

Hi guys,

We are currently seen an issue with some of our Yahoo! Game rooms. Our engineering group is working hard to resolve the problem. You can read more and view updates as we have them in our announcement regarding this issue.

Hi BernadetteK,

All these problems started around the middle of March when ads were added at the tables and on the sign up page to get in the rooms. We had similar issues 2-3 years ago with a corrupted Wendy's ad (fish sandwich). Has anyone at Yahoo! Games thought of removing the ads for a while and re-introducing them one at a time to see which one is causing the problem ?  

I have seen many posts about ads in general and some more specific talking about a "Tide" or "Pringles" ads. But so far none of these posts have been answered by Yahoo staff. WHY ?

They would have to care in order to do something that simple
