Hi Chris,

If the team you are wanting to transfer has already been renewed you can transfer it to the new member via the Transfer Teams link in your commish tools.

If the team has not been renewed you can invite the new member to take over the old team via the Invite Friends link in your commish tools.  Simply find the team in question, type in the new member's email address and send the invite.
