Automatic Sign-out of Messenger

Can anyone tell me why I keep getting logged out of Messenger?  It doesn't seem to have anything to do with how long I'm logged in, and it isn't when I sign in from another device/location.  It also doesn't happen when I'm on from my phone- only from my laptop :(  I'm using Messenger 11.5.

Thanks for any advice or suggestions!

I'm having the same problem & so is a friend. Not sure what's going on but it's getting frustrating.
