If you haven't noticed, you're unable to post new questions to this forum. That's because the Messenger Help Community has officially moved to Yahoo! Answers! 

For help, you can now go to the Yahoo! Answers Messenger Help Community.  From here on out, you will no longer be able to post questions here, but you can in the Yahoo! Answers Platform. 

Not to worry, though. We will still answer the remaining questions in this forum and all of our moderators will be in the new Yahoo! Answers platform to help you from here on out.
