 Why in the world is this guy still on the Can't Cut List?

Good question.   There really isn't anything better available in my league, but he definitely shouldn't be on the Can't Cut List.   What an absolute bust he has been!

When the league starts, your commishioner has the power to either select Yahoo Can't Cut list or No Can't Cut list... The No Cut List is great because you can drop anyone at any time.

I just traded Santana for SP Josh Johnson... Carlos is batting a lousy .222, had to cut the string.
