I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble collecting your payout. Unfortunately, I can only repeat the information previously posted:
Because this issue revolves around account details, it cannot be addressed here in the community forums. For assistance with individual, specific issues, email is the route to use.
BUT - These links below can give you a starting point, and steps to connect to our billing department. Replies take roughly 24 hrs to be issued. As long as you can provide billing with the related account information required, I'm sure we can investigate and troubleshoot any outstanding payouts that have not been collected. Please, use these steps. As I've pointed out, the community forums are not designed to handle individual technical issues, mostly due to our protection measures on posting personal details in a publicly viewable space.
