I'm currently trying to watch the olypmics but the medal count is big and in the center of the Yahoo home screen with the Medal Count in Real Time. Since we live in the US with almost a 6 hour delay in coverage I would like to be able to turn off the medal count, otherwise I already know who has won each event that hasn't yet been shown on tv. This RUINS the excitement and anticipation of the olympics and makes me not want to watch the games, or rather I thnk I'm going to give up Yahoo and start using a different internet browser that isn't ruining the games.

After all, you wouldn't be excited and watch the SuperBowl in the same way if you already knew the winner and score would you?

Someone at Yahoo needs to fix this and make the current medal count something clickable instead.
