I see that you're having an issue with having new owners take over existing teams so that they can make keeper selections.

Our new Keeper Management tools do require a new owner to take over an existing team, and a Commissioner can invite them to do so. Just follow the steps included in this Help article:

Inviting friends to a league

Once the new owner has taken over, they can make their keeper selections from the previous year's roster, just as if they'd owned the team the whole time.

They can also change the team name to whatever suits them best.

 Hi Rudolph, I am sorry about the confusion when trying to replace a manager that is not returning to your league. If you invite another manager to take over a team, when that person responds,all other invitations, including the manager from last year, will be void. So, the new manager will be able to take over that team. You are not "transferring" the team to the new manager; that new manager will just be taking over the team.
