Can't sign into Canasta for 2 weeks - help!

I've been trying for 2 weeks to play Canasta and I insert the confirmation code and when the game window opens it says done and won't let me in room. Any ideas?

I have windows XP 5.1. Tryed cutting off anitvirus program/firewall and that does not help.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.........

If you are still having trouble connecting to game rooms you may be affected by the current issues we're seeing with some of our game rooms. You can keep up to date on this issue by viewing our announcement regarding the problem.
