I just did a blockbuster trade including Sale, should I be worried about his "inning watch" and try to move him out or just keep him?

 I know the White Sox have been pretty vocal about an IP ceiling for Sale, but the reality of their situation is the White Sox are in a close battle with the Tigers for the division lead in the AL Central. They're going to need Sale to pitch, and pitch well which he has done thus far. I would ride that train as long as you can.
