Is there any way to report the Malfunction of a Game directly to Yahoo?.....Gourmet Ranch has had only 1/2 Screen since yesterday...I am clearly not the only one with this issue as there is a whole List of people with the same problem that have placed a " Review" of the Game....This problem has cost people " Rollover Bonus points" and if it isn't resolved it will cost us any Monies that we invested in the Game to buy " Keys"...This is the second Game by Viximo that I have had issues with like this...the first Game " Gardens of the Dead" went bad and it was promised to be fixed and never was...I had just bought credits and applied them to the Game to use and never got to use them even and never was refunded a thing....If Gourmet Ranch goes bad I'm done, no more Yahoo Games for me I'm afraid, I'm disabled and can't afford to wasted my money even though I'm flat on my back a good portion of the time and bored...Oh yes I have tried clearing my cookies and Cache even tried 2 servers...others have expressed this as well so we aren't just a bunch of dummies here.....anyone have any suggestions?
I'm one of the ones with the exact same problem. I contacted playdemic who makes the game and they said that msgr is responsible. i try contacting yahoo msgr directly and I get a stupid runaround robin. I just keep getting pushed back onto blog spots to post and no way to find a resolution. Doesnt seem like yahoo msgr cares.
