Manually Enter Teams

How do I manually enter teams and keepers for a league that is moving from another host site.  We have all 12 teams returning, and the commissioner has always set up the teams and requested keepers in advance of the draft.

I know it is probably simple, but I can not find where to manually enter this information, and I can't select Keeper Management until I enter the teams.

This Help article about our Edit Draft Order & Assign Keeper Players tool should provide you with all the information you need to get your league moved over to Yahoo! and your keeper players entered into the system prior to the draft.
