I am trying to find out how a persons score is tallied if no tie-breaker is selected as well.  In my league there are two teams vying for the weekly win.  Both teams will be tied with 12 and both have Chicago selected to win; however one team's total score is 43 while the other did not do the tie-breaker score.  How will this tie-breaker be determined?  I've searched the Hlep page but cannot find a written solution to this.
