I play backgammon in yahoo allstar tourneys.I and others have complained about the same  individual for over a year now.this particular fool plays every day three times a day. That folks is every tourney. So,every person who plays yahoo allstars backgammon tourneys will be exposed to this .He has Four players entered every tourney. One or two never play so their opponents don't either.he uses a program. And any one who complains to him receives a profanity laced threat. We have all written e-mails as diercted by Yahoo to complain. This should be a straightforward investigation.IT HAPPENS EVERY TOURNEY YAHOO!Heres the laugher folks .Yahoo won"t tell you the results of any investigation in order to protect the rights of the accused.WHAT INVESTIGATION?And do i and others in this predicament have any rights as paying customers not to have to deal with this? Please ive  e-mailed numerous times and complained as well .Will someone at yahoo ,just once ,act like you appeciate our business?

Yahoo Customer Services is a joke.

I play pool and the rooms are filled with bots on a regular basis. We report them to Yahoo via a 'reprt abuse button' and nothing is done.

It seems that we can no longer actualy contact customer services directly now to explain the issue of abuse that we are reporting. How can they possibly investigate anything if they do not get any information about the abuser?

As I said Yahoo Customer Services is a joke.

when I play spades I've noticed that there is a whole lot of people using the the whole 3 minutes to play a card for the whole game to get people to forfiet their games.  I think Yahoo should program in 20 minutes stalling time total for a whole game per person and that would eliminate that behavior.

All lounges in pinochle and cribbage have been down for at least 8 hours now ... wondering if it's widespread booting, prep for hurricane Sandy, revamping the servers, or (dare i say) an actual investigation ...

I get server error notices when I try to get on GemSwap II, Breaking Bricks or Bouncing Balls. How can the URL be incorrect when I follow the link from Yahoo Games?

Well, this seems to be as close to direct contact as Yahoo wants me to get, so:

Yahoo seems to have eliminated my "recently played games" taskbar on the games page, thus eliminating quick access to those games I like.  So I've put the games themselves on my own favorites list, and no longer have any need to visit the Yahoo page.

Good foresight, people.
