Why have a help page?

I understand that yahoo is having troubles but why have a page that is unusable and doesn't offer any help????? Games people come in here to have fun and relax for the most part. If you aren't going to supply the games any more why not just let people know?

 Agreed.  I left a question about lack of access to Spades game rooms on Yahoo's "customer care" page at Facebook and have gotten no response.

This is ridiculous.

I totally agree Camille, they take the game away with no warnning.. and for what?  they cant even give a reason why. If people were abusing it , then fix it or at least let us know why they removed it.. I miss my Texas Holdem!

Korie - I've seen multiple questions about Texas Hold'e. Let me know if this is the game you were looking for and if you can access it here. Were you seeing some other message that made everyone think the game had been removed?

Hello all,

Sorry that you've had a frustrating experience. We are reading the forums and will try to answer directly to as many threads as we can. I'm posting a request for more details to some of these threads from last/this week to make sure the problem has been completely fixed.


Thanks for the continuing reports, I'm very sorry for the ongoing trouble. The engineers thought they'd fixed everything but it sounds like we need to have them look again. If you could let me know *specific rooms* that are having trouble again, that will help them narrow down the problem. Any details you can provide may be helpful:

- What room? (name and URL)
- What action did you take just before encountering the problem?
- Date and time that you encountered the problem? (Please include time zone)
    Specifically reports after late afternoon 4/24 PST
- Text of any error message that you received?
- Your computer OS and version (Windows 7? Mac OS X v10.5?)
- Your browser and version?
- Please do not post any personal or account information in the forums

I'll take your reports directly to the team working to fix the issues. I appreciate your help in solving this and your patience while we do.
