Error when adding NCAA bracket to group

  Hi there,

I made an NCAA bracket and did not assign it to a group. Once the games started, I added the bracket to my friends group but it appears that I won't receive points. I go to scenario generator and it shows that even if my picks are right, I get zero points.

The commish has confirmed that he can see my picks, but he also has no clue why it doesnt show a "0" beside points. Instead it shows a "-."

Hi,

The system won't update automatically once you add your bracket. It takes an overnight update for the league to recognize your bracket, and run it through the generator. As long as the bracket did make it into the group, you'll be ok.

This should resolve itself overnight. If you still don't see it updated by Saturday, we can look at having it investigated, but I'm 99% positive it won't come to that.

Hi,

You can only join a group if you have a bracket that was created before the deadline, and is not in any group. However, you cannot leave a group to join another.
