Displaying and Hiding the Toolbar

The Verizon Yahoo! Browser allows you to use your favorite Verizon Yahoo! features with the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. When you install the Verizon Yahoo! Browser, the Toolbar is automatically installed and appears under the Internet Explorer menu bar.

You can hide the Verizon Yahoo! Toolbar, if you want, and redisplay it when you want to use one of its features.

 

Here’s How

  1. On the View menu, select Toolbars.

    The check mark next to Yahoo! Toolbar on the cascading menu indicates that the Toolbar is visible.

  2. To hide the Toolbar, select Toolbars from the View menu, and then select Yahoo! Companion.

    Click to hide the Verizon Yahoo! Toolbar.

    The Toolbar disappears. Select it again to redisplay the Toolbar.
